Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and flexibility, please review our cancellation terms: - **Consultation bookings** may be canceled up to **48 hours in advance** for a full refund or credit toward future services. - Cancellations made **less than 48 hours** before the scheduled consultation are **non-refundable**, but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. - If you proceed with a floral order, your consultation fee will be **credited toward your deposit**. - For **event floral orders**, cancellations made **more than 30 days** before the event are eligible for a partial refund (minus design and sourcing fees). - Cancellations made **within 30 days** of the event are **non-refundable**, as materials may already be ordered or reserved. We’re committed to creating beautiful designs and honoring your timeline with care. If you need to make changes, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
